All rates are nightly, single or double occupancy, plus sales & occupancy tax (12.5%). $25.00 each additional persons. Winter rates apply for Fantasy Fest(10/21 - 28/12), 7 night minimum stay is required. Length of stays are also required for all holiday and special events. Rates are subject to change without notice. We gladly accept Traveler's Checks, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Optima, Diners and Discover. All reservations must be secured with a deposit of 1/3 of your stay at the time of making reservations. Any cancellation received within 14 days of arrival (30 days during winter, holiday weekends and special events) is non-refundable. $25 cancellation fee applies outside the 14 (or 30) day periods. Balance of charges is due and payable upon arrival. Personal checks accepted only for advance deposit (received 3 weeks prior to arrival). Check out
time is 11am, and check in time is 4 - 10pm (special arrangements can
be made). If you plan to arrive earlier, pack a swimsuit in a side pouch
of your luggage. We will place your luggage in your room as it is ready
and hand you your keys at the pool. |
